John you’re a dumb poes – look it up.

  3. Reader Says:

Someone needs to go to this moron and kill him quietly… and very, very, very slowly.

  4. Lassep Says:

This man, has taken the lives of hundreds innocent men, women and children. And yet he is still allowed to become an old man, and have offspring of his own.

If there were any justice to this, this man would have been force fed his own balls and then slowly cutt into little peices and fed to pigs, along time ago.

May you rott in a box, and may your grave be as black as your soul!

  5. Remixedsoul Says:

Reader, are you sadist a little bit?
Hi is a libelled man. The charges are falses against him.
    Masturbate somewhere else!

  6. Ordas Says:

Guilty or innocent? The fact is that more than 60 years elapsed so we are not in a position to judge these events and these people. There were 60 years to catch him, he should be left alone now.

  7. Nav Says:

So Ordas, you’re saying that its basically okay to kill a thousand people as long as enough time has elapsed afterwards?

Remixedsoul, yes I am a sadist

John, you are a schmuck. Im sick of you little pussy pricks who sit behind a computer saying whatever they want. But when push comes to shove- you sit idle, mouth shut and all. with that thing you call a dick tucked between your legs. Anyone can talk shit behind a computer.

  8. Paul S. Says:

    So where is he?In Hungary?

  9. Ordas Says:

@Nav: course not, but we lack strong evidences because of the long time. I’m not protecting this man I’m just saying that we cannot be sure

  10. Paul S. Says:

    He’s in Croatia.

  11. Paul S. Says:

You should post one on John (Ivan) Demjanjuk, who was just arrested and deported to Germany to stand trial for crimes at Sobibor camp.

Deported former Nazi guard a free man in Austria

By Boris Groendahl – Fri Mar 20, 10:27 am ET
VIENNA (Reuters) – A former Nazi concentration camp guard who was deported from the United States on Thursday is now a free man because he cannot be prosecuted in Austria, the Austrian justice ministry said on Friday.

Josias Kumpf, 83, who has admitted to participating in a 1943 massacre of 8,000 Jews in the Trawniki labor camp in Nazi-occupied Poland, arrived in Austria on Thursday after the United States deported him following the revocation of his citizenship.

Austrian justice ministry spokeswoman Katharina Swoboda said Vienna had warned U.S. authorities in the past that Austria would be unable to prosecute Kumpf because the statute of limitations relating to his crimes had expired.

“We have always pointed out to the United States that he cannot be charged here with the crimes of which he is accused,” Swoboda said.

The main reason was that Kumpf was younger than 20 at the time of the crimes.

The fact Kumpf had never been an Austrian citizen, and that the crimes which he is accused of were not committed in Austria, also made prosecution in Austria impossible, she said.

Kumpf was born in the part of Yugoslavia that is now Serbia, as a member of the ethnic German minority there. After joining the SS as a guard in the Sachsenhausen concentration camp in Germany, he moved on to Trawniki in German-occupied Poland.

The U.S. Department of Justice said on Thursday that Kumpf helped guard around 8,000 Jewish prisoners — including some 400 children — who were shot and killed in pits at Trawniki in a special operation in November 1943.

The department cited Kumpf as saying his assignment was to watch for victims who were still “halfway alive” or “convulsing” and “shoot them to kill” if they attempted to escape.

Kumpf was deported to Austria because it was the country from which he came when he entered the United States in 1956, she said.

Swoboda said with his U.S. citizenship revoked, Kumpf was now stateless and had no residence permit in Austria, which technically made him an illegal alien.

But since he could not be extradited to another country, he would be able to stay on. He would have to register his address.

Sandor Kepiro is innocent! There is no one evidence against him!

  14. Andrew Says:

    Guys,

How long is this with hunt going to continue? this was over 60 years ago and surely the only evidence is photographic. We allow mass murderers like Megrahi (Pan Am Lockerbie) to go free after such a short time let we allow the persecution of someone in there 90s to spend there last days as guilty men, without real constative evidence. Now before anyone hurls abuse at me use that rational side of your brain and not the side you scratch your balls with

  15. Dickie Says:

He was a nazi and believed in terrible and extremely illegal ideologies isn’t that enough to have him punished?

  16. Andy Lewis Says:

I fail to see what purpose can be served by arresting and imprioning men and women in their 80’s and 90’s, for crimes allegedly committed over sixty years ago. All that can be served by this is the vengence that one nation in particular seeks. We all know who I mean. This nation has no regard for the lives of other races or religions, or indeed for the territory of other nations. They invade and build at will, but everybody is scared to try and stop them. Why? Let these old men and women live the rest of their lives in peace, and stop wasting money chasing them.

  18. Andy Lewis Says:

Scarlett, I fail to see what point you are trying to make. I have seen this episode, and all it does is reinforce my attitude that we should leave these elderly people alone.

  19. Seriously?! Says:

He wasn’t a Nazi, he was a man in a country that had been invaded by them. He was ordered to do a job,(checking ID cards, naming people as Jews and Non Jews) rightly or wrongly he did it, if he hadn’t co-operated would have been killed and someone would have done it instead. Although i’m sure there will be a flood of replies saying you would have rather have died than taken part in something that ends so cruely, but it’s easy to say now, from the comfort of our warm homes in front of a computer isn’t it?

He wasn’t directly responsible for people dying, he didn’t pull any triggers, he didn’t wake up one morning and decide he was going to kill thousands of fellow human beings, he was responsible for checking ID’s.

  20. Andy Lewis Says:

I know several Ukranian men and women in the late 80’s or early 90’s that joined the SS, when their country was invaded. One of them was a camp guard. Am I meant to tell the government who they are and what they ahve done, just so israel can have its pound of flesh? No, I will not. Since 1945 they have lived peacefully, and should be left alone. All one man did, was count people as they got off the trains at Sobibor.

  21. Milla Says:

What a weird thing to say Andy. Not saying you should tell anyone about those people, but if the reason why not to is the one you wrote down here then you dont get it. Just because they’ve been living peaceful lives since 1945 does not give them any right whatsoever to be left alone IF they committed cruelties. And quite frankly, you do not know what they did in Sobibor, sure they can tell you that all they did was count people, but the stories of survivors are out there and what they said about Ukranians in Sobibor is particularly clear. This is not about the state of Israel having its pound of flesh, if you see it that way you miss the point entirely and dont respect the victims. BTW, invaded or not, anti semitism was very alive in many parts of Ukraine and those people did not join the SS because they were forced to do so.

And Novi Sad will not forget, no matter how much some of you people are trying to diminish the severity of this man’s crimes.

  22. Heavens devils Says:

We should wipe this stain off of humanity. If I knew where he was I would take care of this myself. The words painful and torture come to mind. Drop me a line if you know where to find this disease. Why hasn’t anyone taken care of this yet?

  23. Andy Lewis Says:

I am in a very strange position. During WWII my father fought against the Germans, his cousin was in the SS and on my mothers side her family were originally from Novi Sad, many years ago. There are still relatives there, but I have NO desire to contact them. However, my position will never change. I do not think any useful purpose can be served by prosecuting old men and women. Heavens devils, you are an arrogant arsehole. Under no circumstances would I tell ANYONE the names of the men and women that I know. How brave of you to make threats via the internet. Milla, the Ukranian gentleman that I speak of was merely a guard at Sobibor. When the escape took place, he turned the other cheek and ignored what happened. However, his cousin took part in the reprisals.
