Born: February 12, 1885
Died: October 16, 1946.
He was sentenced to death at the Nuremberg trials for crimes against humanity (inciting people to hate & murder Jews). He was executed on October 16, 1946.
He wasn’t a military man, nor was he involved in politics. Streicher was the editor of Der Sturmer (‘The Storm’), a tabloid-style weekly filled with hate.
Below the nameplate is the motto – “Germany’s Weekly Newspaper for the Fight for Truth.”
The bold print at the bottom – “The Jews are our misfortune!”
Apparently Streicher had a very low IQ and many who knew him thought he was certifiably insane. In any other country or time, he would’ve been institutionalized. In Nazi Germany, he was put in the publishing business.
Der Sturmer was crammed with bullshit libelous stories intended to stir up hatred against Jewish peoples.
He was stripped of all Nazi party offices in 1940 for printing ‘negative’ (untrue?) stories about Hermann Goering & several other Nazi gauleiters. However, he did not lose the favour of the Fuhrer (Hitler hated Goering).
Anyways – this is Julius Streicher – dead. I think that’s the noose dangling from his neck. His last words were, “Heil Hitler!”
Let this be a lesson to all you would-be haters/writers. Words are more powerful than guns.

And the noose is above all. Can we really blame anti-semitism on one man’s newspaper? Shouldnt the general populace look into themselves a little deeper than to say they ‘were incited to hate & murder jews’?

Was Streicher ever guilty of killing anyone? Did we hang a man for running a newspaper?
(Noting the newspaper was vile.)

I think that it was very unfair to hang all of the nazi criminals. Are we not entitled as human beings to write, say, and publish our opinions? Man, it makes me think that the Nuremburg Trials were the ones crammed with shit! Dont get me wrong some nazis got what they desserved.

Was it unfair to kill all jews? Yazmin think before you speak retard. Those guys did what they did and they had to face the music. Its people like you that lend the idea that maybe we should have let them live. Yes, if only to torture and butcher them like the people they destroyed . You have no idea.

Yazmin you are totally correct.
The fact Streicher was put to death merely proves that Nuremberg was not the due process of the law that it was cracked up to be.
Streicher was a gutter hate monger and crude propogandist but he played no part whatsoever in the final solution.
If Streicher was around now he would I’m sure run his own anti semetic/anti-US (same thing really) website for fellow eccentrics. He would suffer no penalties for this and is merely a priviledge of free speech.
Also the same could be said for Alfred Rosenberg who wrote the impenetrable and turgid Myth of the 20th Century which was the more high brow version of Hitler’s Mein Kampf.
Rosenberg also was hung at Nuremberg despite through his position as Reich Minister for Eastern Territories whereby he lobbied against brutalities against the slavs.
Streicher and Rosenberg were executed to appease the jews and all else is propoganda!
